HRI Level 1.5 Image Data - MFG - 0 degree

Image data in the form of high rate transmissions in 3 spectral channels available at 30-minute intervals with coverage over Europe, Africa, North Atlantic and parts of South America. Level 1.5 images are pre-processed in such a way that all image pixels are remapped on to a reference image corresponding to an image taken by the MTP satellite located at its nominal position over the equator and with a nominal attitude, i.e. with the satellite spin axis parallel to the spin axis of the earth. In addition, all image lines are aligned and the coordinates of image pixels of the different radiometer channels are adjusted so that they correspond to information from the same point on the earth's surface.
