The RWAPI (Read-Write Application Programming Interface) tool can be used to read, extract and write information from any kind of SMOS Level 1 or Level 2 soil moisture and sea surface salinity data products in Matlab. It can also read and write SMOS auxiliary data files.
It requires Matlab version 2016b or higher for Windows10 and Linux systems.
