EOS6 OCM3 Sensor in Local Area Coverage (LAC) Mode provides Indian subcontinent coverage at 360m spatial resolution in 2 days in 13 visible to NIR wavelengths. All the data sets over 8 days are processed and total suspended matter (TSM) product is generated at 500m over the ocean. TSM represents the concentration of inorganic and organic particles suspended in water and is a key parameter for assessing water quality, understanding marine nutrient transport and monitoring ecosystem health.
